Bayside City Council is seeking a Coordinator Customer Contact Centre to lead a dedicated customer service team across all channels. The role reports to the Manager Advocacy, Communications and Engagement and focuses on service performance, workforce capability, and stakeholder engagement.

Employment Status:PermanentDays & Hours of Work:5 days, totalling 38 hours per week.Competitive Salary:$118,508.69 per annum + 12% superannuation.Location:Corporate Centre in Sandringham, with some flexibility to work from home.
