Job summary

Interrelate is seeking a compassionate Coordinator to lead the Children’s Contact Service (CCS) in Dubbo. You will guide a small team to deliver safe, neutral, child-focused contact for families in separation and conflict, overseeing supervised visits and changeovers.

You will ensure best-practice service delivery, maintain safety and quality standards, and work within the law. The role offers a fixed-term contract until 30 June 2028 with attractive hourly rates.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and staff development experience.
• Ability to guide families through sensitive situations with empathy.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Experience in case management and coordinating services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the CCS to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Provide leadership, development and support for staff with documentation and case notes.
• Prepare rosters, schedule meetings and supervision sessions.
• Coordinate delivery of supervised contact arrangements in line with the organisation's model.
• Monitor families, develop case management plans and client goals.
