Job summary

Northern Beaches Council is seeking a Coordinator, Aquatic Programs for a 7-month, full-time contract based onsite in Sydney. The role leads Learn to Swim and related aquatic programs, with responsibility for service quality, customer experience, and program growth.

You will manage teams, oversee budgeting and regulatory compliance, and drive delivery while adapting to a new member management system. This opportunity suits a dynamic leader focused on community recreation and exceptional service

Title: Coordinator, Aquatic Programs,Temporary (7 month) - Full-time Role, 35hours per week

Salary Range: $115927.66 to $134726.96 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

We're looking for a dynamic Aquatic Programs Coordinator to join our team on a fixed-term basis. In addition to leading our successful swim school and aquatic programs, you'll help shape the future of service delivery as we implement a new customer and membership management system. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving systems, challenging existing processes and finding smarter ways to deliver outstanding customer experiences
