Officeworks Ltd in Underwood, QLD is seeking a Retail Department Leader (Coordinator) to lead from the front, drive amazing customer experiences and inspire the team to deliver beyond expectations. You will manage daily store operations with positivity and determination.

You will coach and develop colleagues, achieve sales targets, maintain stock levels, and ensure safe, visually compelling shopping environments while collaborating with other departments to deliver store success.
