Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs is seeking Cooks and Chefs for casual, part-time shifts in Melbourne, VIC. Join a premium, members-only health club and contribute to high-quality restaurant and banquet dining for our exclusive community.

You'll work under a qualified head chef in a supportive, team-oriented environment with flexible hours and opportunities for growth within the club facilities and lounge areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant and banquet food preparation.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of HACCP protocols and food safety.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare restaurant and banquet meals for members.
• Work under a head chef and collaborate with the team.

Next Gen Health and Lifestyle Clubs is a premium members-only health club in Memorial Drive and we are looking for Cooks and Chefs to join the team and to cook for our exclusive member base.

• Experienced is important, a positive attitude is even more important;
• Restaurant and banquet food preparation or willingness to learn;
• Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment;
• Ability to maintain kitchen protocols such as HACCP; and
• Proven track record of collaborating within a team environment.
