Guzman y Gomez Brisbane is seeking a Cook to be at the heart of our fast‑casual kitchen. You’ll prepare fresh, vibrant Mexican dishes, solve problems on the fly and weigh in with culinary expertise to deliver high‑quality meals for our guests.

Job Description

The Cook is at the heart of the restaurant operations. You will be preparing fresh and delicious food, problem solving and weighing-in with expertise on vibrant Mexican flavours. You’ll have the opportunity to utilise fresh ingredients to produce high standard products for our new and regular guests.

Experience is helpful, but it’s not everything. What we mean is:

• Kitchen experience is great but not essential
• Is open to coaching, eager to learn and ready to put in the effort
• ‘Can do’ attitude and can be relied upon
