Job summary

Estia Health is seeking a dedicated Cook to join our team and help deliver high-quality, nutritious meals for our residents. You will work alongside the Chef to manage daily kitchen operations, prepare meals that cater to diverse dietary needs and maintain a welcoming dining experience across our care homes.

Applicants should hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and demonstrate strong communication and documentation skills, with prior kitchen experience.

Qualifications

• Requires Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience in a commercial kitchen; aged care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef with kitchen management and operations.
• Tailor meals to meet individual resident needs and preferences.
• Ensure residents receive healthy, nutritious and delicious meals and support the kitchen team.
