Job summary

Estia Health is seeking a Cook to join our team and help deliver high-quality meals in our aged care homes. You will work alongside the Chef to support kitchen operations, tailoring meals to residents' needs and ensuring nutritious and delicious options.

We value communication, documentation, and a passion for resident wellbeing. Prior commercial kitchen experience is preferred, with aged care experience highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery completed or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience in a commercial kitchen; aged care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef with kitchen management.
• Tailor meals to meet individual resident needs and preferences.
• Ensure meals are nutritious, healthy and delicious.
• Support the kitchen team to deliver a memorable dining experience.
