Qualifikationen

• Experience working as a Cook in a commercial kitchen.
• Sound understanding of food safety, hygiene and safe food handling.
• Ability to prepare quality meals while catering for different dietary requirements.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Friendly, flexible and enthusiastic approach to your work.
• Genuine commitment to delivering quality food and excellent service.
• Experience in aged care, healthcare or large-scale catering environments is highly regarded.

• Catering for individual dietary needs, preferences and specialised diets.

• Supporting the Chef Manager with daily kitchen operations.
• Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness.
• Assisting with stock control, food preparation and minimising waste.
• Working collaboratively with a friendly and supportive catering team.
