Job summary

Eurest is seeking a Cook based near Newcastle for casual roles across cafe and functions. You’ll perform basic food preparation, assist with dishwashing, and help ensure allergen and dietary considerations are respected for every guest.

Working a 7-day roster with pay of $27.98 per hour plus 25% casual loading, you’ll join a team focused on safety, quality, and customer service while advancing your own skills in a fast-paced workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience in bulk cooking, whether in a hotel or café setting.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality and visually appealing presentations.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanour.
• Basic operations of dishwashing machines, pot washing and general hygiene duties.
