Job summary

Vibe Hotel Melbourne Docklands, part of TFE Hotels Group, is seeking a passionate Cook to join our kitchen team. You’ll prepare and cook quality dishes while maintaining presentation, hygiene and food safety standards in a busy hotel restaurant.

You’ll bring experience in a commercial kitchen, strong food preparation skills, knowledge of food safety, and the ability to stay focused during peak service times. We value reliability, attention to detail and a collaborative approach.

About the role

As a Cook, you’ll support the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, preparing and cooking quality food while maintaining high standards of presentation, hygiene and food safety.
