Job summary

Vibe Hotel Darling Harbour, located in Sydney, seeks a passionate Cook to support day-to-day kitchen operations and deliver high-quality meals for guests and locals. You will work with a collaborative culinary team to ensure safety, hygiene and superior guest dining experiences across multiple service periods.

The role requires prior kitchen experience, a solid understanding of food safety, teamwork, and flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and evenings.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements.
• Keep kitchen workstations clean, organised and service-ready.
• Work collaboratively with chefs and front-of-house team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

About the Role

As a Cook, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, preparing and presenting high-quality meals while maintaining exceptional food safety and hygiene standards. Working alongside a supportive culinary team, you'll contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for hotel guests and local diners alike.
