Bolton Clarke is seeking a dedicated Cook to deliver high-quality food services to our residents at Heritage Lodge in Murwillumbah. You will work under the Chef, plan, prepare, and present nutritious meals and assist with kitchen duties to maintain a safe, well-organised kitchen.

The role is permanent, full-time (minimum 38 hours per week) with guaranteed earnings of at least AU$79,423 per year plus superannuation, and opportunities for bulk cooking and texture-modified meals experience.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher.
• Minimum 1 year in a commercial kitchen (aged care/hospital preferred).
• Bulk cooking experience highly desirable.
• Texture-modified meals experience advantageous.

Responsibilities
