The Langham, Gold Coast invites applications for a Cook to deliver memorable dining experiences on the absolute beachfront. You will join a team focused on quality, presentation and guest satisfaction in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of latest trends in the hospitality industry.
• Proven ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen.
• Undertaking technical education in hospitality or culinary school.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present high quality à la carte dishes to five-star standards.
• Work collaboratively within a friendly, fast paced, professional kitchen environment.
• Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and service delivery.
• Maintain consistency, presentation and flavour across all dishes.
• Adhere to strict food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety standards.

KeyResponsibilities

Our Cook will be driven to work alongside highly skilled chefs, refining your technique as well as contributing to a world-class guest experience.
