AL Nawab Restaurant in St Kilda, VIC is hiring a full-time Cook to join our kitchen team. The role requires preparing and cooking a variety of menu items in line with authentic Pakistani recipes and standards, with attention to quality and presentation.

You will work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff, maintain food safety and sanitation, manage ingredients and inventory, and help ensure smooth service across opening hours.

• Ensuring all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining consistency and high presentation standards.
• Complying strictly with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations within the kitchen workspace.
• Managing ingredient inventory, properly storing food items, and minimizing kitchen waste.
• Collaborating effectively with other kitchen team members and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service hours.
• Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment, workstations, and cooking utensils after use.
