What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Conveyor Belt Technician or Belt Splicer, ideally within the Trades & Services industry
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of conveyor belt systems, including splicing, maintenance and repair
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to quickly diagnose and resolve issues
• Effective communication skills to liaise with customers and provide technical guidance
• Commitment to safety and a proactive approach to risk management
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
