Lawyers Weekly in Brisbane is seeking a motivated Conveyancing Paralegal to support solicitors with residential and commercial conveyancing from instruction through to completion.

You will prepare contracts, transfer documents, conduct property searches, liaise with clients and third parties, and maintain meticulous case files in a busy firm. A collaborative team environment offers growth in property law.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of conveyancing experience in a similar role.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Proficiency in using conveyancing software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist solicitors with residential and commercial conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
• Prepare and review contracts, transfer documents, and other relevant legal paperwork.
• Conduct property searches, draft correspondence, and liaise with clients, agents, and third parties.
• Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Provide high-quality client care and manage communications promptly and professionally.
