Job summary

Kaz Conveyancing in Sydney CBD is growing and seeks an experienced Conveyancer to join our high-performing team in the heart of the city. This full-time, permanent role supports clients with conveyancing matters, working alongside solicitors and administration professionals in a fast-paced environment.

You'll draft contracts, manage exchanges, settlements via PEXA, and provide clear guidance to clients. The successful candidate will leverage strong knowledge of property law, attention to detail,

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in conveyancing.
• Proficiency in PEXA is essential.
• Sound knowledge of property law and processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised with ability to prioritise and multitask.
• Committed to providing a high level of client service.

Responsibilities

• Review and draft contracts and documents
• Provide advice to clients and onboard new conveyancing matters
• Facilitate exchanges and complete settlements via PEXA
• Conduct property searches and ID verification via InfoTrack
• Review settlement figures and liaise with clients, banks, brokers, and agents
• Draft and review commercial and retail leases
• Manage inbound and outbound client communication
• Maintain high standards of client care throughout the process
