Rivendell Conveyancing is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our team in Beaconsfield Upper, Victoria. This is a full-time/part-time position that plays a vital role in our business, providing essential conveyancing services to our clients throughout the property transaction process. As a Conveyancer, you will be instrumental in ensuring smooth property transfers, managing complex legal documentation, and delivering exceptional client service.

What you'll be doing
  • Preparing and reviewing contracts of sale, transfer documents, and other documents related to property transactions
  • Conducting comprehensive property searches and investigations, including title searches, local council searches, and environmental reports
  • Managing client communications throughout the conveyancing process, providing clear explanations of procedures, timelines, and costs
  • Liaising with real estate agents, lenders, settlement agents, to ensure seamless transaction progression
  • Preparing settlement statements and financial documentation, ensuring accuracy in all monetary calculations
  • Managing post-settlement requirements
  • Keeping up to date with changes in conveyancing law and property legislation
What we're looking for
