• Leadership experience in controls/ risk assurance or related governance roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the Controls Assurance function across material risk categories.
• Own and deliver the Annual Controls Assurance Plan using a risk-based approach.
• Oversee assurance reviews, monitoring activities and control testing programs.
• Provide independent insights into control effectiveness, emerging risks and key themes.
• Deliver high-quality reporting to Executive, Board Committees and governance forums.
• Build trusted relationships across the business and provide constructive challenge.
