As Controls and Design Assurance Manager, you'll play a critical leadership role in safeguarding Anglicare's digital assets, data and IT infrastructure. You'll lead the Cyber Security Controls Assurance Program, ensuring security controls are designed, tested and maintained for operational effectiveness and compliance. Reporting to the Head of Cyber Security and IT Risk, you will lead a small team of cyber security professionals and in adition collaborate with IT, legal, compliance and senior leadership to align cyber security governance with organisational goals. From architectural security reviews to vulnerability management and data protection initiatives, you'll ensure robust security frameworks that protect our mission.
You are a strategic leader with deep expertise in cyber security controls, governance and risk management. You bring strong analytical skills, excellent communication and the ability to translate complex security concepts into actionable strategies.
