Job summary

Anglicare Sydney is seeking a senior leader to safeguard digital assets and lead the Cyber Security Controls Assurance Program. You will oversee security controls design, testing and maintenance to ensure operational effectiveness and compliance across the organisation.

You will mentor a small team, collaborate with IT, legal and senior leadership, and drive governance across cloud and on-premises environments.

Qualifications

• You are a strategic leader with deep expertise in cyber security controls, governance and risk management.
• You bring strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex security concepts into actionable strategies.
• Proven experience in cyber security controls assurance and risk governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee Anglicare's Cyber Security Controls Assurance Program.
• Lead security architecture reviews and risk-based design assessments.
• Ensure secure Identity Governance, Data Loss Protection and Privileged Access Management.
• Standardise cloud and network security controls across hybrid environments.
• Oversee vulnerability management and risk mitigation programs.
• Implement secure DevOps frameworks and compliance in development pipelines.
• Engage senior stakeholders and provide compliance reporting.
