Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact in the control room between Toyota Automated Logistics and the customer.
Monitor automated warehouse systems in real time and escalate issues as required.
Coordinate with on-site technicians, operations teams, and remote support to minimise downtime.
Maintain accurate incident and system event records using reporting and ticketing systems.
Provide timely operational updates to stakeholders and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Promote a strong safety culture by following procedures and supporting compliance.
