Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Law, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in contract negotiations and management, preferably in engineering or technology.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of contract law and terms.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities.
• Proficiency in contract red-lining, MS Office and AI tools.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Professional certification in contract management (e.g., CPCM, CFCM) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contract reviewing, drafting and negotiation for ELDS complex deals and other divisions.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks, ensuring compliance with ABB policies.
• Manage the lifecycle of contracts from initiation to closure, including amendments and renewals.
• Collaborate with Front End Sales, finance, tendering and account teams to ensure alignment and execution.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in contract management.
