Job summary

INPEX is seeking a Contracts Advisor to join the Contracts and Procurement team in Perth, supporting IT/Technology and Corporate divisions. The role will manage end-to-end contracting, from drafting tender documents to post-award administration and vendor relationship management.

Successful candidates will have IT contract experience, CIPS qualification or equivalent, and familiarity with SAP S/4 and contract management systems such as Ariba or Procon.

Qualifications

• Experience negotiating, executing and managing contracts in an IT space.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• CIPS or equivalent procurement qualification.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4 and contract management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, compile and execute Invitations to Tender and contract documentation.
• Coordinate commercial, taxation, insurance and legal aspects with internal stakeholders.
• Perform commercial evaluation of tenders and coordinate technical evaluation.
• Prepare contract award approvals and manage post-award administration.
• Support contract performance management and ongoing contract hygiene.
