Qualifications

• Solid experience as contracts administrator or coordinator in land development and/or civil infrastructure projects.
• Experience with Australian Standard AS4902 and AS4000 contracts is desirable.
• Ability to develop cost control and financial reporting systems.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Section 7.11 Projects team in administering contracts and updating cost tracking systems.
• Update cost reports and summarise the financial position for each project monthly.
• Prepare tender documents in accordance with procurement guidelines.
• Record and respond to all contract claims, including time and cost.
• Monitor and issue notices and ensure contract obligations are met.
