Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a Contract Administrator to support NSW project delivery, focusing on contract administration, documentation and alignment with alliance models in major water infrastructure. You will work with the commercial and delivery teams to ensure compliance and timely project milestones.

The role offers exposure to renewal management, risk assessment and cross-functional collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in construction management, law, commerce or related field.
• Experience as a Contracts Administrator in civil infrastructure.
• Knowledge of the Security of Payments Act (SOPA).
• Strong written communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
• Track key milestones, deliverables and renewal dates.
• Prepare and review progress payment certificates.
• Draft contractual correspondence to the client and subcontractors.
• Identify and help mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
• Maintain accurate contract registers and documentation.
• Support commercial reporting and financial position analysis.
