Job summary

ACCIONA in Australia is seeking a Contracts Administrator to support the NSW water project commercial teams. You will administer contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions, track milestones and renewal dates, and prepare payment certificates, drafting correspondence to clients and subcontractors.

The role requires a degree in construction management, law or commerce, and demonstrated experience as a Contracts Administrator in civil infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Degree in construction management, law, commerce or related field.
• Experience as a Contracts Administrator in civil infrastructure.
• Knowledge of the Security of Payments Act (SOPA).

Responsibilities

• Administer contracts to ensure compliance with terms.
• Track milestones, deliverables and renewal dates.
• Prepare and review payment certificates.
• Draft contractual correspondence to clients and subcontractors.
• Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
• Maintain accurate contract registers and documentation.
• Support commercial reporting and financial position analysis.
