Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking Contract Administrators to support NSW projects, focusing on contract administration, documentation, and implementation of commercial terms.

You will work with the project delivery teams on a major water infrastructure alliance, gaining exposure to alliance contracting models and long-term program delivery. A pathway for professional growth is provided within a Tier 1 contractor environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Contracts Administrator in civil infrastructure
• Working knowledge of the Security of Payments Act (SOPA)
• Strong written communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across internal and external teams

Responsibilities

• Administer contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions
• Track key milestones, deliverables and renewal dates
• Prepare and review progress payment certificates
• Draft contractual correspondence to the client and subcontractors
• Identify and help mitigate commercial and contractual risks
• Maintain accurate contract registers and documentation
• Support commercial reporting and financial position analysis
