Job summary

ACCIONA is inviting expressions of interest for Contract Administrators to join our NSW team. You will support negotiation, documentation and implementation of contract matters across a major water infrastructure alliance, collaborating with commercial and project delivery colleagues.

• Degree in construction management, law, commerce or related field.
• Experience as a Contracts Administrator in civil infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of the Security of Payments Act (SOPA).
• Strong written communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions
• Track key milestones, deliverables and renewal dates
• Prepare and review progress payment certificates
• Draft contractual correspondence to the client and subcontractors
• Identify and help mitigate commercial and contractual risks
• Maintain accurate contract registers and documentation
• Support commercial reporting and financial position analysis

About the Opportunity

We are putting out an expression of interest for Contract Administrators who wish to join our NSW business. You'll support the effective negotiation, documentation and implementation of contractual matters across the project, working closely with the wider commercial and project delivery teams. This is a chance to build your contracts experience on a major water infrastructure alliance, gaining exposure to alliance contracting models and long-term program delivery.
