GR Engineering Services Limited (GRES) is a leading process engineering consulting and contracting company that specialises in providing high quality engineering design and construction services to the mining and mineral processing industries. We currently have multiple projects and are actively looking for talent across all areas of our business.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Contracts Administrator to support our contracts team in our Brisbane CBD Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in contract administration or similar.
• Experience with computerized procurement and logistics systems.
• Understand AS4911 & AS4000 contract terms.
• Ability to work with staff, managers and external partners.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Planning, documenting and coordinating procurement of goods, services and vendor contracts.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, manufacturers and service provider personnel.
• Prepare tender packages and manage the tender process with engineers, managers and client reps.
• Write formal correspondence relating to tender addendums and RFT queries.
• Record and maintain a filing system for vendor/material/service receipts.
• Monitor procurement schedule aligned with delivery timelines.
• Be the first point of call to interpret contract terms and resolve issues.
