Job summary

OCU Group Australia is seeking Contracts Administrators to join our expanding Brisbane team. You will manage contract administration on major renewable energy projects, from tender and setup through delivery to closeout.

Collaborate with project, commercial and finance teams, maintaining contract records, variations, notices, progress claims, and ensuring audit-ready filing. Experience in renewables, civil or infrastructure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a contracts administration role within a tier 1 or tier 2 environment.
• Background in renewables, civil, infrastructure, building, or related construction sectors.
• Collaborative approach supporting project, commercial and finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Support tender submissions and contract set-up across our contract management and finance systems.
• Administer contracts and subcontracts through delivery, including variations, notices and progress claims.
• Track bank guarantees, surety bonds and security deposits, and keep teams across key dates and expiries.
• Reconcile the contracts register against monthly progress claims and flag any discrepancies.
• Keep contract records, filing and archiving accurate and audit-ready.
• Contribute ideas to improve our contracts processes, templates and forms.

About the opportunity

With a growing pipeline of work, we are looking for multiple Contracts Administrators to join our team.

As a Contracts Administrator, you'll manage contract administration on major renewable energy projects, from tender and contract set-up through delivery to close out. You'll work closely with our project, commercial and finance teams, keeping contracts, claims and key dates on track so they can focus on delivery.
