Job summary

Concentis is seeking an experienced project manager to own delivery of civil and building construction projects in Townsville. You will coordinate resources, manage contractors on site, and ensure quality, safety and program outcomes are achieved.

You will lead planning through to completion, partnering with site teams, clients and stakeholders to keep delivery on track. A practical trade background, structured PM skills and strong leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

Proven contractor-side experience in civil and building construction.
Solid trade background with practical understanding of site operations.
IT-savvy and comfortable using project management systems and digital tools.
Effective leadership, communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

Manage the planning, coordination and delivery of civil and building construction projects.
Oversee project programs, budgets, resources and delivery milestones.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, site teams and project stakeholders.
Monitor project performance, quality, safety and compliance requirements.
Implement and maintain effective project management processes and systems.
Identify and resolve operational challenges to keep projects on track.
Use digital tools and reporting systems to improve visibility and efficiency.
Lead teams with clear direction, accountability and a focus on outcomes.
Build strong working relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
