Job summary

Concentis is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong civil construction background to deliver infrastructure projects from planning to completion. You will own project outcomes, financial performance, client relationships, and team leadership across multidisciplinary groups.

You will manage end-to-end delivery of multiple civil projects, ensuring safety, quality, programme, and profitability while driving continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering civil construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong commercial acumen with responsibility for project budgets and profitability.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing site-based project teams.
• Sound understanding of construction methodologies, contracts, and project controls.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, delivery, and completion of civil infrastructure projects.
• Manage project financial performance, budgets, forecasting, and reporting.
• Oversee project programming, construction methodologies, and resource planning.
• Drive safety, environmental, and quality compliance across all project activities.
• Build and maintain strong client, subcontractor, and stakeholder relationships.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and wider project teams.
• Manage contract administration, variations, and commercial negotiations.
• Identify opportunities to improve project outcomes, efficiencies, and business growth.
