Intro Recruitment Solutions – Townsville QLD is seeking a Project Manager to lead a high‑rise Townsville project, reporting to the Director and guiding a team of Site Manager, Foremen, and a Contracts Administrator. The role covers coordination with subcontractors, on‑site leadership, and delivery of the Townsville $40m multi-res project.

Ideally you hold a Construction Management degree or equivalent, with demonstrated PM experience in a builder/developer and high‑rise delivery.

Qualifications

• Ideally a Construction Management degree or equivalent tertiary qualification.
• Demonstrated experience working as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager for an established construction company.
• High rise project experience is extremely attractive.
• Ability to manage a team of Contract Administrators and supervisors.
• Commercially astute.

Responsabilités

• Lead the project team including Site Manager, 2 Foremen, Contracts Administrator and cadets to maximise effectiveness.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project schedule and quality.
• Report to the company Director and support budget and risk management.
• Drive project delivery on a $40 million multi-residential high-rise in Townsville with a January 2027 start.

To be successful you will have the following:

We have a great opportunity for a Project Manager to join a well known and highly respected builder/Developer up and down the East Coast. They are privately owned business who have had consistent year on year growth with their staff and project turnover.

The project team will consist of an experienced Site Manager, 2 X Foreman, as well as an experienced Contracts Administrator, and cadets to help make you as an effective a leader as possible. They also have a very healthy relationship with their subcontractors and suppliers.
