Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a facilities administration professional based in Perth. You will act as the first point of contact for work orders, process calls and emails, and manage invoices and POs. You will champion CMMS, FMS, and finance systems while monitoring spend, vendor activity, and revenue streams.

The role requires 2 years’ experience in a similar setting, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication. A Bachelor’s degree and a focus on customer service are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
  • Proficient Word/Excel/Outlook with intermediate–advanced level.
  • 2 years’ experience in a similar role (Finance & Administration preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organisational abilities; able to meet deadlines.
  • Customer service oriented with ability to liaise with clients at all levels.

Responsibilities

Here's a snapshot of your day:
  • Being the first point of contact for raising and managing reactive and preventive workorders
  • Processing calls and email and monitor complaints/escalations.
  • Raise purchase/service orders and process invoices.
  • Be system champion - CMMS, FMS and Finance Systems
  • Monitor spend on the account and review account revenue & margin streams.
  • Vendor management by tracking and monitoring vendor works and vendor coordination.
  • Prepare customer reports and dashboards.
  • Ensure QHSE documentation are well maintained on CBRE systems.
Skills and experience you'll need to thrive in this role:
  • Higher educational qualifications or degree
  • Excellent PC based skills, with a high level of experience in Word/Excel and Outlook – intermediate to advance level.
  • 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Experience in Finance & Administration is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with clients and draft correspondence and documentation.
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to manage workflow and priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Customer service focus with the ability to communicate with internal and external clients at all levels.
