4 Healthcare Recruitment is seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist for a contractor role, predominantly serving younger children with autism spectrum disorder. The position offers clinic-based work with opportunities for community sessions and travel reimbursement where applicable.
You will manage your own caseload, maintain high standards of clinical documentation, and collaborate with families while enjoying flexibility to contract with multiple organisations.
4 Healthcare Recruitment is proud to be partnering with an established allied health provider delivering Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy services to children, adolescents and adults.
The organisation has a strong paediatric focus and provides individual therapy, assessments, reports and telehealth. Clinicians work closely with families and carers, with services designed around practical, evidence-based support.
An opportunity is available for an experienced Speech Pathologist to join the team on a contractor basis.
The caseload is predominantly younger children of primary school age, with a strong focus on Autism Spectrum Disorder. The successful clinician will need to be comfortable working independently with this type of caseload and confident managing their own clinical workload.
The role is mostly clinic-based, allowing clinicians to see more clients per day and maintain a consistent workload throughout the year. There is also strong demand for community-based services, particularly outside school hours, giving you scope to build a mix that suits your availability.
Contractor rates up to $120 per hour considered depending on experience. Travel reimbursement is available for applicable community work.
You will have a high level of autonomy and can continue working with other organisations if you choose, although there is enough demand to build a substantial caseload with this provider.
