MASH in Australia is seeking a Social Media Strategist & Planner for a freelance 1-3 month contract. The role focuses on refreshing the organic social strategy for a well-known beverage brand, delivering a practical playbook for the next 12 months and aligning with the Creative Director and Community Manager.

You will review the current strategy, define objectives, audience segments and content pillars, and map out how Meta, YouTube and Reddit can support discovery, community, and broader

Competenze

• 6+ years of experience in social strategy, content planning or brand communications.
• Practical social strategies for consumer/beverage/FMCG brands.
• Strong understanding of Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Reels, Stories) and knowledge of YouTube/Reddit for community and discovery.

Mansioni

• Review and refine the existing social strategy and brand positioning.
• Define objectives, audience priorities and content pillars for organic social.
• Develop a balanced calendar with planned, reactive and culturally relevant content.
