Qulture's client is seeking a Contract Manager, Facilities Maintenance to oversee the disability sector account, operating at a contract level and owning end-to-end delivery across multiple sites. You will manage quotes, scopes and orders, while leading a team and maintaining strong client relationships.

Competenze

• Trade background in building/carpentry, electrical or plumbing.
• Experience as an Account Manager or Senior Facilities Manager in construction or facilities.
• Experience working in live, occupied or sensitive environments such as disability, aged care or healthcare.
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence at all levels.
• Proven leadership of teams and ability to drive accountability and performance.
• Comfortable communicating with trades on site and with executives.

Contract Manager, Facilities Maintenance - Disability Sector

One of Qulture's clients is looking for a dynamic, highly skilled Contract Manager within Facilities Maintenance to look after their clients within the disability sector.

You’ll be operating at a contract level, overseeing everything, rather than working on individual projects. You'll take full responsibility for:

• Facilities Maintenance expertise
• Operational leadership
• Client accountability

About the Role

• Account & Stakeholder Management: Be the primary point of contact for the client, building strong, trusted relationships at every level.
• KPI & Reporting: Deliver transparent, timely reporting and make sure all contractual KPIs are consistently met and exceeded.
• Technical Oversight: Review and validate quotes, work scopes and work orders, ensuring technical accuracy across the FM trade services being delivered
• Team Leadership: Lead a team driving accountability, efficiency and high performance.
• Financial Stewardship: Monitor budgets and resource allocation to protect profitability without compromising quality or safety.

About You

• Technical Foundation: A trade background in building/carpentry, electrical or plumbing is essential. You're equally credible talking to tradespeople on site and to executives in the boardroom.
• Proven Experience: You've succeeded as an Account Manager or Senior Facilities Manager at a senior level in construction or facilities environments. You can manage complexity without unnecessary escalation or loss of control.
• Sensitive Environments: You bring a mature, solutions-focused approach to working in live, occupied and sensitive settings, such as disability, aged care or healthcare.
• Exceptional Stakeholder Skills: You read people well and adapt your style. You stay calm and composed under pressure and can manage demanding, direct or protective stakeholders while keeping relationships positive and outcomes on track. You know the art of under promising and over delivering.
• Portfolio Management: You've managed multiple concurrent sites and a high volume of minor-to-medium-scale works.
• Professional Communication: Your written and verbal skills are excellent
• Leadership: You lead and motivate people with different personalities and working styles.
