Job summary

ISS Facility Services Australia and New Zealand is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to lead the delivery of a flagship precinct contract in Queensland. You will be responsible for strategic leadership, operational performance, financial management, governance and service delivery, while maintaining strong client relationships.

• Significant experience managing large, complex service or facilities management contracts.
• Proven success managing P&L, budgets, and commercial outcomes.

• Experience in workforce planning, labour management and productivity optimisation.
• Solid knowledge of Work Health & Safety legislation and compliance.
• Experience with subcontractors and external service providers.
• Current Driver Licence.
• Exceptional leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in facilities management, integrated services and precinct management.
• Familiarity with workforce reporting platforms such as UKG/Kronos, Power BI or Tableau.
• Formal leadership or project management qualifications.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Regional General Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the strategic leadership, operational performance, financial management, governance, and service delivery of the South Bank Parklands contract. You will lead multidisciplinary teams and service partners while maintaining strong relationships with the client and key stakeholders to ensure exceptional service outcomes and continuous improvement.
