Job summary

The Department of Defence in Australia seeks an APS 6 Contract Management Officer within the Air Warfare Systems Program Office (AWSPO) at RAAF Base Williamtown. You will manage the commercial and contractual aspects of procurement, acquisition, sustainment and support activities across the program lifecycle.

You will work with product and project managers, finance and legal teams to ensure compliance, monitor performance, and provide commercial advice, with BDCP remuneration available for

Qualifications

• Experience in contract lifecycle management including procurement planning and contract closure.
• Ability to analyse financial data and monitor contract performance.
• Familiarity with procurement and contract management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and contractual aspects of procurement and contracts.
• Monitor performance, milestones and risks; undertake financial analysis.
• Provide professional commercial advice and support budgeting and invoicing.
• Maintain governance, records management and reporting arrangements.
