Job summary

NCS Australia is recruiting a Full Stack Technical Lead to drive design, architecture, and delivery of modern data and AI-driven applications. The role is hands-on, combining software engineering, solution design, and stakeholder engagement.

You will guide teams across the full SDLC, building scalable web apps with React and Python or Node.js, while shaping technical direction, standards, and secure solutions in collaboration with architects, engineers and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong track record delivering full-stack web applications using React and Python/Node.js.
• Experience leading engineering teams through complex software deliveries.
• Solid understanding of modern architecture, APIs, and system integration.
• Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Background delivering data, analytics, or AI-enabled applications in enterprise settings.
