Qualifications

• Extensive experience building enterprise apps with Java and modern practices.
• Strong front-end experience with React and related technologies.
• Proven track record mentoring and leading software engineering teams.
• Ability to provide technical direction, code reviews and establish best practices.
• Experience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and cross-team coordination.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset for continuous team development.
