You will guide teams across the full SDLC, building scalable web apps with React and Python or Node.js, while shaping technical direction, standards, and secure solutions in collaboration with architects, engineers and business stakeholders.

We are seeking a Full Stack Technical Lead to drive the design, architecture, and delivery of modern data and AI-driven applications. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines software engineering, solution design, and stakeholder engagement.

Working across the full software development lifecycle, you will be responsible for designing and building scalable web applications using React and Python or Node.js, while helping shape technical direction and engineering standards. You will work closely with architects, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, high-quality solutions that leverage modern data, analytics, and AI capabilities.

The successful candidate will provide technical leadership through mentoring, coaching, and code reviews, while promoting engineering best practices across development, testing, deployment, and support activities. You will also contribute to solution architecture, delivery planning, estimation, and agile execution, helping ensure successful outcomes for complex enterprise technology initiatives.

• Strong commercial experience developing full stack applications using React, TypeScript, and either Python or Node.js.
• Proven experience providing technical leadership and guiding engineering teams through the delivery of complex software solutions.
• Strong understanding of modern application architecture, API development, and system integration patterns.
• Experience designing and delivering secure applications, including authentication and authorisation frameworks such as OAuth and OpenID Connect.
• Exposure to cloud-based environments, particularly AWS, and modern DevOps practices.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, containerisation technologies, and automated deployment approaches.
• Background delivering data, analytics, AI, or machine learning-enabled applications within enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
