Job summary

Chandler Macleod Group is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator / Project Manager to deliver a diverse portfolio of civil infrastructure projects in Sydney, NSW. You will manage projects from planning and procurement through to construction, completion and handover, ensuring on-time delivery within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering civil infrastructure or capital works projects.
• Strong contract administration experience in construction environments.
• Knowledge of AS4000, AS2124 or similar contract frameworks.
• Experience managing contractors, consultants and stakeholders.
• Strong budgeting, reporting and project governance skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver civil infrastructure and capital works projects.
• Administer construction contracts including AS4000 and AS2124.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and key stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts and expenditure.
• Assess variations, progress claims and contractor performance.
• Prepare reports, project documentation and procurement activities.
• Monitor project risks, quality, safety and compliance outcomes.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
