Job description

A well established Melbourne builder has work underway and also has new projects set to commence. They are looking to add an experienced Contract Administrator/Snr CA to their team. The initial project is a $40m Social Housing Development in the St.Kilda area.

In this role you will work closely with a Project Manager and the wider site team across all head and subcontract matters.

To be suitable it is expected you have similar experience working on projects in Melbourne. You will have worked with recognisable builders and have a positive attitude to your work. You will need good communication skills, a strong sense of commercial acumen and a good construction knowledge to fit within the existing team. The role will suit someone capable of working in a dynamic construction environment. Remuneration will depend on experience but could range from $150k - $190k for the right person.
