Winslow is seeking a Contract Administrator to join its civil and building projects team in Adelaide. You will provide commercial contract advice, interpret documents, and support tender analysis and procurement activities within a dynamic, safety-focused environment.

The role requires 3+ years in a similar role, tertiary qualifications in a related field, strong MS Excel skills, and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Competenze

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Legal, Quantity Surveying, Commerce or Business.
• At least 3 years experience delivering civil and/or building projects.
• Ability to proactively build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Excel.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator. We have an exciting pipeline of works and a supportive and inspiring team that is truly passionate about what they do.

• Providing commercial advice and assistance where required in respect to Winslow Group contracts, including interpretation, preparation, submission, and compilation/recording/filing of documentation
• Analysis and appraisal of tender submissions
• Dispute resolution - Analysis of claims and counter claims including liaising with legal advisors if required
• Competently and accurately support in the setup of Progress Claims, support regular Processing and Review
• Maintain the contractor data base
• Effectively support procurement activities during tender and delivery phase
• Competently contribute to procurement and project estimating
• Competently support in the Procurement of rates and effectively Award contracts

Here’s what we are looking for…

• A person who excels in collaborating in project teams and has a passion for complex and major projects.
• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Legal, Quantity Surveying, Commerce or Business.
• At least 3 years experience in a similar role delivering civil and/or building projects
• Demonstrated ability in proactively building relationships with key stakeholders and team members
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Knowledge of Jobpac and PayApps preferred but not mandatory
• Demonstrated experience in effectively working with multidisciplinary teams
• Team player
