Job summary

Allstar Recruitment Group is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to support a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer near Perth. The role concentrates on driving manufacturing process enhancements and implementing Lean, Six Sigma and 5S methodologies to optimise productivity and quality.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in pharmaceutical, FMCG, food or manufacturing environments, with expertise in Root Cause Analysis and delivering Quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Solid background in continuous improvement in manufacturing/production.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, 5S and root cause analysis.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, FMCG or food industries preferred.

Job description

We are presently seeking a continuous improvement engineer to join a leading pharmaceutical business based NOR Perth.

Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have a good background with continuous improvement of a manufacturing and production plant coming from either a Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Food, Manufacturing or associated industry environment and have a solid background implementing techniques, methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5's - Route Cause Analysis, Quality Solutions and Process Improvements.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be degree qualified however candidates who demonstrate a solid background within the industry who are qualified with a higher diploma or equivalent should also apply for the role.

Remuneration:

Candidates should expect to receive a salary in the region of up to $95,000PA. Any additional benefits will be discussed at later stages.
