Job summary

Yours Only, an Australian-made, female-founded skin and haircare brand, is seeking a Content Specialist to own social channels and bring ideas to life across marketing platforms.

You’ll work closely with the founder on strategy, tone of voice, creative direction and performance. 3–4 years in content/media is preferred, with beauty/e‑commerce or founder-led brand experience a bonus. This is a full-time hybrid role in Melbourne, office 2–3 days per week.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years’ experience in content and marketing (brand-side or agency-side).
• Experience in beauty, e-commerce or founder-led brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the @yoursonly and @ashlitempler Instagram and TikTok channels, growing reach, awareness and engagement.
• Manage the content calendar so everything is planned, cohesive and aligned with current brand priorities.
• Protect our tone of voice and visual standards, making sure everything we publish feels distinctly Yours Only.
• Create original in-house content and edit it to a high standard in CapCut.
• Turn raw footage from internal shoots and influencer partners into high-performing assets for TikTok, Reels and ads.
• Design carousels and content assets in Canva.
• Work closely with our in-house naturopath to develop wellness content.
• Spot trends and viral audio early, and move quickly when there’s an opportunity for the brand.
• Schedule and publish content across all social channels.
• Support the @yoursonlystudios Instagram and TikTok channels when needed.
