Sentrix Global Pty Ltd is seeking a Content & Production Coordinator to join our marketing and partnerships team. You will create, curate, edit and schedule high-quality branded content, mainly for Instagram and TikTok, and repurpose it for LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube and Facebook.

You will produce content for our Proposals, Wedded and Honeymoon accounts and keep a daily posting and Stories schedule on each platform.

Formación

• 1–3 years' experience in content production or digital media.
• Experience in the wedding or lifestyle industry is preferred.
• Proven content creation and social media management experience.
• Strong short-form video production and editing skills.
• Proficiency with TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, and their algorithms.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Pinterest, Facebook and X practices.
• Experience with end-to-end podcast production, including publishing.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and directing talent.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines.
• Basic understanding of content performance metrics and data-driven reporting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a creative mindset.

About the role

Sentrix Global Pty Ltd is looking for a Content & Production Coordinator to join our marketing and partnerships team. You will create, curate, edit and schedule high-quality branded and native content, mainly for Instagram and TikTok. You will also repurpose it for LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube and Facebook. You will produce content for our Proposals, Wedded and Honeymoon accounts and keep a daily posting and Stories schedule on each platform.

Key responsibilities

• Content creation: Produce images, videos, reels, stories and carousels that match our brand guidelines and audience, planned for repurposing across platforms.
  
• Content curation: Source user-generated and partner content, with proper attribution.
  
• Content editing: Edit video, retouch images and write copy to a consistently high standard.
  
• Content scheduling: Build and maintain a content calendar and schedule posts and Stories across all platforms for the three accounts.
  
• Platform management: Monitor performance, identify trends and use the insights to improve future content.
  
• Collaboration: Work with the marketing and sales teams and other stakeholders on campaign objectives.
  
• Trend research: Track social media trends, platform updates and competitor activity.
  
• Proposal support: Help develop creative content proposals for branded partnerships and advertising campaigns.
  
• Performance reporting: Report regularly on content performance with recommendations
  
• Video and growth: Plan, script, shoot and edit short-form video for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, X and Facebook. Repurpose long form content into short-form clips, using AI tools where appropriate. Work towards the team's targets for views, engagement, follower growth and leads.
  

Skills and experience required

• 1–3 years' experience in content production, social media or digital media. Experience in the wedding or lifestyle industry is preferred.
  
• Proven content creation and social media management experience. Strong short-form video production and editing skills.
  
• Proficiency in video editing software and image editing tools.
  
• Proficiency with TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, and a strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms, best practices and emerging trends.
  
• Familiarity with other platforms (LinkedIn, Pinterest, Facebook, X) and their best practices.
  
• Experience with end-to-end podcast production, including recording, editing and publishing.
  
• Comfortable appearing on camera and directing content and talent.
  
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills, including engaging captions and narratives.
  
• Strong organisation and time management, and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders to deadlines.
  
• A basic understanding of content performance metrics and data-driven reporting.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a creative mindset.
